Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that there are times when our clients must change and or cancel their appointments. We respect that and understand life happens. Sweet Escapes Salon requires a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. So we can have the opportunity to book in other clients that are on our waiting list or clients that would like to get in sooner. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge to you for the service. No call No Shows will NOT be tolerated. It is at the discretion of the stylist to rebook you and or charge you for the full service that you no call no showed for. It is also at the discretion of your stylist to ask for a deposit for any service that will take more than an hour to complete. This deposit will be credited toward your service when the service is completed. Any client that doesn’t give a 24 hour notice or no call no show, will forfeit this deposit and will not be refunded. We love and appreciate all of our clients, but due to the frequency of this happening we must enforce a policy to protect our Stylists time.
Please do not bring your children to your appointment. If you choose to do so..you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and pay for your current rescheduled appointment.
